Following government guidance, wherever possible for our existing learners, we are moving to learning from the comfort of your own home during the summer term. Please continue to check your emails for information about a course to keep you learning. Whilst we are working hard to reach as many existing learners as we can through our growing online or other forms of distance learning, we are sure you will appreciate that this may not be feasible for all courses currently.
We are continuing to offer online and distance support to our existing maths, English and ESOL learners so they can successfully complete their courses. We continue to support the learners within our Family Learning programme by sending out a regular newsletter, and both the Family Learning and Outreach teams are reaching out to their partner organisations to maintain engagement with existing learners. Our Supported Learning team are sending out a newsletter to our vulnerable learners and actively contacting them to ensure they are safe and well.
We understand that for a lot of people the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak can be very stressful. We are doing all we can to keep in touch with our learners, including regularly sharing our tips on coping and various activities you can do at home on our social media channels and in our newsletter. You can sign up to our newsletter.
If you were attending a spring term face to face course which had to be cancelled when our centres closed in March, or were enrolled on a face to face summer term or Summer Skills course, you can find out more information about refunds on our refunds and cancellations page.
We would like to thank you all for your continued support.
