Surrey Adult Learning (SAL)'s first Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice achieved a Distinction grade in her End Point Assessment in February 2019.
Zoe worked in Surrey Adult Learning's own Customer Service Team and has now taken up a new position with libraries which will build on the skills learnt on her apprenticeship. She was delighted with the result:
"I'm very pleased and overwhelmed by the result! Debbie, (Trainer/Assessor), Customer Service Team and Katy (line manager) have been very supportive throughout my apprenticeship. Especially coming with no customer service experience, I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship and time at Surrey Adult Learning. I'm getting on very well at libraries."
Zoe also won Customer Service Apprentice of the Year in Surrey Adult Learning's Apprenticeship Week Awards this month. We would like to wish Zoe all the best for her future with libraries.
