Autumn Term 2022

New courses are now live for Autumn 2022!

Courses and workshops will run both at our centres and online starting from 12 September.

We have hundreds of courses and workshops for adults of all abilities. Taught by our highly-trained specialists you can learn a new skill or give your career a boost and be ready for your future

We understand everyone is still navigating this post-lockdown world, but Surrey Adult Learning are taking all the necessary steps to ensure your safety within our centres. If you don't feel comfortable coming into a centre to learn with us just yet, we do have a range of online courses which can be done from the comfort of your own home.

January is a great time to start a new language or return to an old one! We have beginners classes to stages 1 to 7.

To keep your mind active and body well over the winter months you can choose from a wide range of arts, crafts, cookery, dance, exercise and mindfulness courses or if you need business support we have courses dedicated to growing your business.

Do you know someone asking for help using their mobile or computer? We offer a range of digital and computer courses for all abilities, from complete beginners to more advanced.

Courses and workshops run weekdays and Saturdays across the term, with varying start dates depending on the topic and course fill quickly.

Enrol today

Enrolments are on a first-come, first-served basis and close at least 3 working days prior to the course start date. Online enrolment is available for most of the courses and is the quickest way to enrol. If you have difficulties booking online, please contact us.

Waiting lists are in place for courses that do become full. Don't forget we do have a range of discounts and support with fees, subject to proof, available.

Community support programmes

We will also run a series of free courses to support particular needs under: Community Outreach, Family Learning, Passport to Wellbeing and Digital Skills for Work.

The Supported Learning programme is for adults with learning disabilities and provides a range of subsidised and free courses.

Henrietta Parker Trust courses are available at a subsidised fee for the new term.

Functional skills and GCSE English and Maths courses are available to people with basic literacy skills, wanting to improve their English or maths.

We also offer free English for Speakers of Other Languages courses (ESOL) for adults who meet the eligibly criteria.
