Radius - Surrey Hills Arts

James Tunnard has created Radius. Made from locally sourced oak, the undulating curves of this sculptural seat reflect the shapes of the surrounding hills and valleys -The curved form of the seating area orientates visitors towards the inspiring views that radiate out from the hillside.

River Wey Navigations - National Trust

The Wey Navigation was built in 1653, 100 years before the Canal Age in Britain. It runs 15.5 miles from Guildford to the Thames at Weybridge and enabled merchants and farmers to reach the London markets more quickly and cheaply than using the roads. In 1764, the waterway was extended to Godalming.
