Please note: Paper applications will be delayed due to staff's limited access to council offices during the pandemic, so the quickest way is to apply online (top link above).

The forms and notes are also available from libraries and from help shops. Or if you are unable to download and print off our pdf versions of the forms, you can fill in our request form for a printed copy.

When renewing please have the Blue Badge reference number and expiry date ready if possible when contacting us.

If your application was refused

If we have refused your application, you get a letter or email explaining our decision. You should only ask for a review if you have further evidence to submit or your mobility problems have become more serious since your application, or there are additional relevant facts that were not available to us in your application. Please do not ask for a review if you have no further information to add, as the decision will not change.

You can request a review by writing to the Blue Badge team manager at the address above.
