How does it work?

Using the link, sign in to the service then select 'Surrey County Council' from the directory.

You'll be connected to a SignLive BSL interpreter. If you tell them who you are calling, they'll put you through to our Contact Centre.

This is a free service, available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Using SignLive for the first time

If this is your first time using the service, you'll need to register using Google, Facebook or an email address.

This ensures your call is secure and of a good quality.

Sight for Surrey provides sensory services across Surrey for people who are visually impaired, Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and those who have combined hearing and sight loss.
