1. Who to contact about your working arrangements during disruption
If you have any questions about your working arrangements during disruption, please contact your line manager. If your line manager is unavailable, please contact another senior member of staff in your team who should be able to advise you. If you do not have the telephone numbers for the members of staff you need to contact, you can request them by calling the staff Helpdesk on 020 8541 9000 and select Option 1 HR.
2. Find out if your usual place of work is open
Details about whether Surrey County Council offices are open, closed or have reduced opening hours can be found on the Emergency office closures page.
3. Hot desks
If your office is closed due to adverse weather or you are unable to get there, you may be able to hot desk at an office nearer to your home.
How to book a hot desk
Check first if the office is open or closed.
You can book a hot desk using Manhattan Space Scheduling which you can access from either a device on the Surrey County Council network or from your personal device. Please note: you will need a Freja token to log into Manhattan on a personal device.
