Surrey's Race Equality and Minority Achievement (REMA) team of teachers and support workers can:
- support families in their first language
- help to build home-school links and relationships with families
- work to maintain the attendance and engagement of children who have English as an Additional Language (EAL) or are Gypsy, Roma or Traveller (GRT)
