Update for 12 May 2026
From Tuesday 12 May, the nightworks taking place have been completed and the buses will revert to their normal route through the town centre.
Update for 11 May 2026
From Monday 11 May, the bus stop at The Borough will reopen and passengers can start to use this stop again for services 4, 5, 16, 18, 19 and 65.
The two bus stops on Castle Street are temporarily relocated further up the road. They are currently located outside and opposite Guildford House. Locations further down the hill have been looked at, but due to the works areas and volume of traffic a safe alternative was not found. These stops remain the safest option for passengers and drivers as they offer kerbside stopping for wheelchairs, pushchairs and walking, as well as being clear of the traffic lights entering and exiting the work area. Stagecoach service 4 is also now temporarily stopping at South Street while the Castle Street stops are suspended, to provide closer access to the town centre.

On Monday 30 March 2026, the next phase of works in Farnham begins, as part of the Farnham town centre improvement works, and The Borough will be reopening. There will also be continuing works on Castle Street under temporary traffic lights.
Buses will be able to access The Borough again, and therefore the bus routes have been revised and will change from the current arrangements in place since 5 January 2026. The new timetables are below and have been updated as necessary to allow for traffic conditions.
4/5 - These services will revert to using the Farnham town centre loop of South Street, Union Road and Downing Street. Service 4 will enter Farnham from Castle Street and will turn left into The Borough and service 5 will enter Farnham from East Street and then both services will turn around using South Street, Union Road and Downing Street as the services used to do. Buses will no longer travel down West Street to turn around. The timetable has been revised.
16 - Buses heading towards Aldershot will once again use Union Road, Downing Street, The Borough and Woolmead Road. The buses will run at the same times as they used to do in December 2025.
18 - Buses heading towards Aldershot will once again use Union Road, Downing Street, The Borough and Woolmead Road. The buses will run at the same times as they used to do in December 2025.
19 - Buses heading towards Aldershot will once again use Union Road, Downing Street, The Borough and Woolmead Road. The buses will run at the same times as they used to do in December 2025.

A3 Portsmouth road closures
National Highways are carrying out major safety improvement works to the A3 Wisley Interchange (M25 Junction 10). As a result there will be a series of weekend road closures at this location. This page will be updated when the next works are announced.

As the nature of the closures may change as works progress, and different diversions may be necessary, we would advise passengers wishing to travel on these services to check the Falcon and White Bus websites for further updates before travelling.
More information about these works, including diversion maps, can be found on the National Highways webpage.

As a result of this closure the Metrobus 400, 409 and 410 services are on diversion and cannot use Godstone High Street.
