Out of County Checks
If you are a social worker undertaking out of county checks as part of a fostering assessment, please contact Surrey Children's Single Point of Access (C-SPA). When making your enquiry, please provide the applicant's full name, previous Surrey address (if known), dates of residence, and any other relevant information to help us process your request efficiently.
