15 minutes. So if you book a slot for 1pm, you can arrive anytime between 1 and 1.15pm.

All visitors must book a slot in advance, which can be done up to two weeks in advance and on the day (subject to availability).
Initially, residents who arrive at one of the CRCs without making a booking will have a booking made for them by staff on site, which will allow them to continue to use the CRC as normal.
Residents will be encouraged to use the booking system in order to get the maximum feedback from the trial.
The system is being trialled to ease congestion at peak times, improve the service for residents and help us manage the CRCs more effectively.
Following the trial, the impact of the booking system will be evaluated, which will include asking residents to provide feedback.
Residents who are unable to book online will be able to book a slot by calling our contact centre between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Previous changes to CRCs have not resulted in any evidence of increased fly-tipping.
The cost of the trial is minimal, as the software we are using is free of charge for the duration of the trial.
Through an online form, which will be emailed to anyone who books a slot after they have visited the CRC and will be on display at both CRCs.
Residents who are unable to access the internet will be able to collect a hard copy of the feedback questionnaire from the CRC, which can be handed in to CRC staff when complete.
