All visitors must book a slot in advance, which can be done up to two weeks in advance and on the day (subject to availability).
Residents who arrive at one of the CRCs without making a booking first will be asked to make a booking and return at their allotted time, or will be redirected to the nearest alternative CRC.
The system is being trialled to ease congestion at peak times, improve the service for residents and help us manage the CRCs more effectively.
Following the trial, the impact of the booking system will be evaluated, which will include asking residents to provide feedback.
