Headcount day
- The Tuesday after your first full week of opening if you offer term time only.
- The Tuesday after your first full week after the start of the funded period if you offer stretched hours.
Funded periods
- 1 September to 31 December
- 1 January to 31 March
- 1 April to 31 August
Estimate claims payment dates
Check the provider agreement to see exactly what this means.
- First week of September for autumn
- First week of January for spring
- First week of April for summer
Follow on payment dates
These are based on the headcount and amendment information you have added to the Funded Early Education Portal.
The dates are on or around:
- 14 October for all data in the portal by 30 September
- 15 November for all data in the portal by 31 October
- 15 December for all data in the portal by 30 November
- 16 January for all data in the portal by 31 December
- 15 February for all data in the portal by 31 January
- 15 March for all data in the portal by 28 February
- 14 April for all data in the portal by 31 March
- 15 May for all data in the portal by 30 April
- 15 June for all data in the portal by 31 May
- 14 July for all data in the portal by 30 June
- 15 August for all data in the portal by 31 July
- 15 September for all data in the portal by 31 August
