Performance
School inspections
Ofsted (the Office for Standards in Education) inspects local education authorities, nurseries, schools, sixth form, further education and specialist colleges and teacher training institutions. It publishes details of the inspections it has carried out on its website.
Attainment and achievement tables (formerly school performance tables)
Assessment and achievement tables, published by the Department for Education can help you judge how well a school has performed.
