Surrey Highways' reactive, routine and planned road maintenance is delivered by Ringway Infrastructure Services under a contract which started in April 2022.
The legal contract
The contract is a Term Partnering Contract (TPC). This provides legal protection and flexibility to Surrey Highways. The benefits of a partnering contract include: joint standards of working and joint objectives. All partners work together to resolve problems. The focus of a TPC is always continuous improvement rather than simply meeting the needs of a legal contract.
The TPC delivers emergency, routine and planned road maintenance. It also shows how we will jointly provide: customer service, performance management and pension protection. We also work together to employ apprentices and reduce our carbon footprint.
