A pothole outlined with paint has been inspected and recorded in our schedule so you don’t need to report it.
If the pothole also has a ‘T’ mark or says ‘TEMP’, this means that a temporary repair has been applied where a permanent repair is not possible at the time of inspection.
Temporary repairs are generally applied on very busy roads where special traffic management may be required, if further investigation is needed or if the surface is wet.
