We are required by the Department for Transport to produce an annual parking report. We are required to do this in the statutory guidance for local authorities in England on civil enforcement of parking contraventions, under the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
Our annual parking report provides information about how we manage on-street parking enforcement within Surrey. It includes data about parking fines (penalty charge notices) and income and expenditure. Surrey County Council took over direct management of on street parking in April 2023. Our reports start from this date and the latest are available below to view below.
