How can I pay online?
You can pay online for many of our services. You'll find links to online payment pages listed on the pay for it online page.
Credit and debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. We also accept purchasing cards.
When you fill in the payment form and click the submit button, WorldPay uses unique encryption systems, to set up a secure link between your browser and WorldPay.
The instruction to take money from your account will be triggered when your card is validated.
Recording your payment
It may take a few days to update our records to show that you have paid. Shortly after your card is validated, you will receive an email to confirm your payment. Please keep this as a record of your payment.
Queries about your payment
If your payment relates to school meals then payments and refunds are dealt by the school so you will need to get in touch with your child's school directly. For all other payments please contact our banking team 0208 541 9000 quoting the reference from the email you receive.
If you are purchasing from abroad you will be charged in your own currency and the banks will perform a currency conversion automatically so that we receive Pounds Sterling.
If you wish to look at a currency converter there is one available on the XE.com website - use this as a general guideline only. The bank may debit a slightly different amount.
We will hold any data submitted on forms on this site in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
English law is applicable to all transactions via this site.
