People with a learning disability and/or autism have the right to the same opportunities as everyone else. This includes the right to live satisfying and valued lives.
They should be able to have a place to live, be involved in the design and delivery of support they receive, have access to health services, and are able to contribute to their community.
There are 12 project groups working to achieve these goals. This work plan is in partnership with SCC, NHS and our partners. Each workstream will report on what work is happening, who is working on the workstream, and how the work is going.
