Guildford CRC remains open
Media reports of a fire at a recycling centre in Guildford do not relate to Guildford Community Recycling Centre, which remains open. The fire is at a commercial waste site that is not linked to Surrey County Council.

Bank holidays: The site will close at 2pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. It is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Otherwise, opening hours are as usual.
