What is a care leavers personal advisor?

We will talk with you about what's important to you and use this to help achieve what you want from life.

We will support and encourage you to help achieve your goals and will celebrate your successes with you.

'We will complete a pathway plan with you and other people that are important to you, at least once every six months.

The plan will also agree how often you see your personal advisor. This is usually at least every two months but can be more often. Just ask us when we are putting your plan together with you if you would like to see them more often.

You will also have actions to complete for during your Pathway Plan (PDF) which will help you to achieve your goals.

If we agree to help you with something, we will record this clearly in your pathway plan. We want to make sure that you feel listened to and know that what you say matters to us.
