Surrey's dementia strategies set our direction for the next five years to modernise dementia services and make Surrey a dementia friendly county for people with dementia and their carers to live well in their communities for longer.
These dementia strategies have been defined and developed locally by the clinical commissioning group (CCG) areas in the county, Surrey County Council, other statutory and voluntary organisations along with people with dementia and their carers..
- Surrey Heath.
- Surrey Heartlands (based on the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership area of North West Surrey CCG, Guildford and Waverley CCG, Surrey Downs CCG with East Surrey CCG also included).
- Farnham falls into the Farnham and North East Hampshire CCG area and therefore aligns to the Hampshire Dementia Strategy.
