Replacement bus or coach tickets

There is a charge for replacement tickets.

  • First duplicate: £5
  • Second duplicate: £5
  • Third or more duplicate in an academic year: £10

Replacement tickets will be posted to your home address.

Apply online

You will need your child's reference number (beginning "DTS…"). If you don't already have this, email passenger.transport@surreycc.gov.uk or call us on 0300 200 1004

Apply by post

Send your child's name, date of birth, school attended, mode of transport and route, together with a cheque for the right fee payable to Surrey County Council to:

Replacement rail tickets

The fee for a replacement ticket is £10. You can either pay this online below, or by enclosing a cheque payable to Surrey County Council.

Only one replacement rail ticket can be issued each academic year.

Email passenger.transport@surreycc.gov.uk to ask for a duplicate season ticket application form and your child's reference number (beginning "DTS...").

We will post the application form to you. Complete it and return it to:
