All of our Adult Learning Centres will remain closed to both learners and staff until further notice, with planned reopening at current set for September.
The majority of refunds for our summer term have now been processed. If you have not yet received an email from us regarding this, please send us an email including your first and last name, along with your postcode so that we can look into it and advise further.
Work on refunds for our spring term is now underway. These will be for sessions that were due to take place from 18 March onwards when we initially closed our doors to the public and will include any sessions prior to this where your Tutor was unable to teach.
As with the summer term refunds, this will be done in batches, starting with learners that enrolled online, before moving onto learners that enrolled via card in person at one of our Centres or over the phone with our Customer Service Team. Where necessary you will receive an email from us requesting the details that are needed to securely process the transaction.
Autumn Term 2020-21
The autumn term of our 2020-2021 Academic Year is currently being planned and our offering will be a mixture of online delivery and face to face courses. A live enrolment date is not yet fully confirmed however it is likely to be at the start of August via the online enrolment method.
Courses will be available for both existing and new learners with enrolments taken as usual on a first come, first served basis. Due to the current need to change how we would normally offer the running of our courses, some subject areas may not be able to run and others may be programmed in a different time slot or be a different session length to how they ran previously. At this stage enrolments will only be taken for the autumn term.
Our offering of online short summer courses (Unlock Summer) will be available for enrolment at the start of July via the online enrolment method.
If you are interested in our maths, English, or ESOL courses please let us know your name, contact details and the course you are interested in by emailing email@example.com and we will then be able to let you know about our Initial Assessment and Guidance arrangements.
If you want to find out more about our Supported Learning programme for adults with learning disabilities please let us have your name and contact details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you about our Information, Advice and Guidance appointments.
We ask that you please keep an eye on our website and our social media channels as this is the quickest way to keep up to date as these will be updated with the latest information as soon as it is available.
Due to a reduction in staff available, our phone lines will continue to only be open from 10am to 3pm; Monday to Friday for the foreseeable future.
Should you have any further questions or queries we ask that you email us during this time – email@example.com where we have more staff available to respond.
