When is the next brochure available?

We aim to make the brochure for the following term available at least two weeks prior to the end of the current term. This ensures that it can be as accurate and up to date as possible.

Due to current world events our autumn term will only be available to browse via the search function on the website.


Where can I get a brochure from?

We are unable to physically post copies of our brochures. These can be picked up from one of our Centres, a Surrey Library or downloaded from the website.


When can I enrol for my course?

Enrolments for our autumn term go live in August. Due to current world events we are only taking enrolments for this term and do not have a confirmed go live date for future terms at current.


I'm having issues completing my enrolment online, how do I do this?

If you are having issues completing your online enrolment, please contact us via our online enquiries form including your full name and postcode so that we can help finish the process.


I've been doing this course for years, why do I not get priority?

Enrolments are taking on a first come, first served basis and we are unable to offer priority enrolments. This ensures that everyone has fair access to our Service.


Do you offer courses that lead to a qualification?

We offer qualification courses in ESOL, English and maths up to GCSE grade.


Why am I unable to join some courses once the term has begun?

Some of our courses we are unable to accept enrolments once they have started. This is because it can be disruptive for learners which have attended since the start as some courses cover more subjects at a quicker rate than others.

For our GCSE courses as they offer a qualification at the end of it and are condensed into a short period of time, we are unable to accept enrolments following the completion of our IAG sessions..


Where is my refund for cancelled courses?

We are working as quickly as we can to process refunds and are currently still contacting learners that are due a refund. Please bear with us as we work through this mammoth task.


I'm not happy completing the secure form, how else can I get my refund?

At current whilst we continue to work from home we are having to work differently whilst we don't have access to our normal equipment. We understand that some learners are not comfortable using this method and we will work of processing any remaining refunds as soon as we are back in the office.


Why can't I be issued with credit or transfer my course fees to the next Academic Year?

We are unable to transfer course fees and credit between Academic Years. This ensures that our system is up to date and sets the new Academic Year off on a level playing field.


When can I collect my belongings from the centre?

All of our Centres continue to remain closed with planned reopening set for September. We are eager to get back as soon as we can and if we are able to gain access for you to collect any belongings prior we will be in contact.
