Our subsidised Henrietta Parker Trust courses offer cooking on a budget, and cooking for men is a great option for men who may find themselves as the main carer or simply want to learn how to cook healthy dishes from scratch.
Learn a range of baking skills and make tasty treats for all to enjoy. From cakes and biscuits, to pastry and breads, you'll be making a variety of savoury and sweet items.
Our breadmaking courses will teach you the basic recipes and techniques for making delicious homemade bread and give you the confidence to experiment further with breadmaking in your own time.
Learn how to make a variety of dishes including chicken and ham pie, butter scones, Mediterranean chicken, vegetable tart, authentic Lebanese and Indian dishes, and general dishes for al the family to enjoy.
