We offer a variety of cookery courses at four of our Adult Learning Centres and online. Our Essential Skills course is aimed at beginners. It will build confidence and get you cooking. For learners who already have the basic skills we offer a selection of everyday courses ideal for meals with family and friends. If you're already a competent cook we have exciting workshops to enhance your skills.
Our one-off workshops are available throughout the day and some evenings, from our training kitchens. Our experienced cookery tutors are offering innovative practical sessions in Lebanese cooking, Indian cooking, Christmas cooking and bread making, please look at the workshop details.
Our bread making courses will teach you the basic recipes and techniques for making delicious homemade bread and give you the confidence to experiment further with bread making in your own time.
Cookery for men
Learn a range of cooking skills and build confidence working with a variety of different recipes. This course is helpful for men who find themselves in a caring role or are living alone and want to learn how to produce simple but tasty and healthy dishes from scratch.
