Community outreach is offered to adults facing life challenges such as homelessness, living in sheltered accommodation, who are on low incomes and income support, and impacted by the effects of long term unemployment.
The courses in this free programme provide learning opportunities to help adults who have difficulty accessing learning to navigate towards a brighter future.
They cover different aspects of support including confidence building, finances and budget management, wellness and how to approach job searching after some time out of the job market.
Mind, Body and Soul classes are being extended to a wider group as we recognise the challenges so many carers and keyworkers have faced during the pandemic. Please sign up if this is you and you feel you would benefit.
Courses are already funded and therefore free to adults aged 19 and over on 31 August 2020 (subject to eligibility).
Enrolment is not dependent on location, as all courses are currently running online. We welcome people from London boroughs in particular, as some of our funding comes from the GLA.
