Farnham Open Day 2016

The Surrey Adult Learning Farnham Centre opened its doors to the public on the 5 November 2016 for a fun-packed morning, celebrating local Surrey Arts and Crafts and show casing just what Surrey Adult Learning has to offer Surrey residents.

There were a range of “have a go” sessions, including a whirl on a real potter’s wheel, mosaics, art, jewellery making and great flower arranging.

Calligraphy and photography were on show and all of the displays were represented by Surrey Adult Learning Tutors, who are experienced and qualified in their field of expertise.

As the weather has turned to winter chill, hot drinks and cakes welcomed by visitors! Everybody enjoyed the fun, buzz atmosphere of the Centre and the live music, courtesy of Sedleigh, a professional singer and songwriter who provided some beautiful backdrop music.

The day was a real success and lots of visitors used the special discount to enrol on a course.
