St Edwards Homes - North Street Regeneration - Woodbridge Road Closure
Developers St Edward Homes propose a mixed-use redevelopment of Guildford's North Street with plans to build 477 homes. 47 of these can be classed as 'affordable'. The plans also include a new refurbished bus station, medical centre and a zone for pedestrians. This will include the permanent closure of a section Woodbridge Road.
Woodbridge Road closure from 1 November
Traffic management will be in place to discourage vehicles from entering North Street from the east. Vehicles will be able to leave North Street via Commercial Road until the replacement route is set up.
