A331 Blackwater Valley Road project

Upcoming worksA331 new shared pedestrian cycle path

Location: A331 Blackwater Valley Road, Camberley

The new shared pedestrian cycle path is now open and the only work outstanding is the laying of anti-skid surfacing. This will be carried out between 10pm and 6am from Monday 24 April 2017 for approximately 3 nights.

Location: A30 / Camberley Town Centre

Although the shared pedestrian cycle path works along the A331 Blackwater Valley Road have now finished, you can now see and give your views on further potential improvements for the area which are being jointly proposed by Surrey County Council and Surrey Heath Borough Council. These involve potential changes to the A30 and to Camberley’s town centre that would reduce traffic queues, maintain bus reliability and help pedestrians and cyclists. The proposals would also support the town’s economic growth and generally make it a better place for everyone to visit.

The proposed improvements and a questionnaire can be viewed and responded to on our Surrey Heath Major Schemes page between 20 February and 16 April 2017.
