What is the Highways Customer Panel?
The Highways Customer Panel is a group of willing volunteers who we contact around 3 times a year to answer some questions on our Highways Service. We will use your feedback to help make important decisions and real changes to the way we work, and we will keep you updated on how we have done this.
We will publish the results of the survey, alongside any improvements we make, on our website but we will never disclose your personal details alongside this, so anything you tell us, good or bad, is completely confidential.
Who can be on the Panel?
Do you use Surrey's roads? If yes, you can be on the Panel. You don't have to live in Surrey to be part of our Panel, we want the views and feedback from anyone whose journey takes them through the county.
Why should I join?
Simply, to help make a difference to the way the Highways service works. We really want to hear from you if you are keen to make a difference and help improve the service by making your ideas and opinions heard.
How do I join?
If you'd like to become part of the Panel, please fill in our short join the Highways Customer Panel form. We will be in touch with you within 2 weeks to let you know what happens next.

If you want to leave the Panel at any time, please fill in the Highway Customer Panel cancellation form.
What improvements do you make with my feedback?
The data we gather from each survey will be presented to a panel of high level managers, who will review the findings and outline any improvements we will make based on the information. Any changes we make as a result of the survey data will be communicated to you through the survey reports, published on this page.
Alongside the Customer Panel, we have carried out various one-off surveys over the past few years to find out how satisfied the public are with aspects of our service, and how we could make improvements.
We use a customer satisfaction survey which appears on all pages which helps us to better understand how you feel about the service we provide on our website, by inviting website users to rate pages and leave comments related to that page.
