Take the two minute Alcohol Test to find out your results
Have you been drinking more frequently? If so, you're not alone. According to a recent survey*, one in five drinkers have been drinking more frequently since the lockdown.
The pandemic has been a challenging time, causing some people to drink more than they usually would. Some people drink as a way to cope with stress and escape problems, while others have a drink for a pick me up or treat after a difficult day. Whatever the reason, all the drinks add up.
Why not check your drinking habits this Alcohol Awareness Week (16 – 22 November)?
How do I know if I'm drinking too much?
The DrinkCoach Alcohol Test is a quick and confidential way you can see if your drinking is putting your health at risk. It will ask you a series of questions including how often you drink, the types of drinks you enjoy and how many drinks you are likely to have on average.
Depending on your result, it may signpost you to some information or services which you may find helpful. This includes telephone or face to face sessions to help you change your drinking habits and reduce your drinking.
