Are you an unpaid carer for a relative or friend?

Help shape the support offered to carers in Surrey
Do you look after a family member or friend who needs your help because they are ill, frail or disabled? Is the care you provide unpaid?
If so, Surrey County Council and local NHS organisations want to hear your views on a draft carers' strategy which sets out how services will improve carers' lives. The input we receive will help us shape the services that are offered to carers of all ages in future.
With more and more people taking on caring roles due to the pandemic, the county council and Surrey clinical commissioning groups are seeking as many views as possible on the draft plan - including from residents who may not have previously considered themselves carers.
Carers have until 3 January next year to complete a short survey on the draft strategy on the Surrey Says website. Hard copies can be printed and accessible versions of the survey including Easy Read are also available.
Let us know your views by completing the Surrey Carers Strategy 2021-24 survey.
