Are you interested in getting solar panels for your house?
Surrey County Council is working with districts and boroughs, and independent experts iChoosr, to make the transition to clean energy as cost effective and hassle-free as possible. Introducing Solar Together which offers Surrey residents the chance to buy solar panels for their homes.
Solar panels are a way to generate green energy for homes, whilst also saving money on energy bills. For residents who already have solar panels, the scheme also allows them to purchase batteries to store solar energy.
What is Solar Together?
The scheme, Solar Together, enables residents to join a group-buying scheme to get the best deal for everyone. Anyone can register their interest for free with no obligation to go ahead with an installation and the auction takes place on 29 June. Residents who have signed up will then be able to choose whether or not to proceed. Watch the video below which explains simply how the scheme works.
For more information on how to get involved in the scheme visit the Solar Together Surrey website.
