Help us to improve school travel
With more of us enjoying walking and cycling over recent months, we're keen to encourage these safe and more active ways of travelling to schools.
We're keen to hear from parents and carers of primary school pupils to understand how children are travelling to and from schools and whether this has changed during the COVID19 pandemic.
Your feedback will help us to establish how we can best support schools to encourage more active travel options, such as walking, cycling and scooting, all of which improve physical and mental health. It also means fewer cars on the road and less congestion outside the school gates – which improves both air quality and road safety.
You will receive a survey from your child's headteacher, or you can access it on the Surrey consultation hub. Please complete the survey by Friday 16 April.
