£100m for community projects

Think Big for Your Fund Surrey
Surrey County Council's Your Fund Surrey launched on 16 November and is giving local communities up to £100m over the next five years to spend on projects that improve your local area.
This is money put aside to empower YOU.
What does your local community need?
We're encouraging everybody to get involved and think BIG.
Speak to your local County Councillor, neighbours and community groups in your area about how you can deliver place-changing projects together.
You can post your project ideas on an interactive map with people able to comment, make further suggestions or simply give project ideas a thumbs up.
Projects that meet the criteria and prove that they will deliver a positive benefit for local people will be taken through an application process and the first funding will be awarded in Spring 2021.
Your Fund Surrey can be accessed for:
- capital, one-off costs – the Fund cannot pay for ongoing running and maintenance costs
- projects that fit with the aims of Surrey's Community Vision
- projects that have the support of your local community.
Got an idea and want to get started? Full details and the interactive map can be found on the Your Fund Surrey webpage.
