This booklet is a guide for parents and carers of children and young people in Surrey on how to choose childcare and early education.
Whether you're returning to work, extending your working hours or you just want to prepare your child for school, there are a number of childcare options to meet your needs. Finding, choosing and paying for childcare can be both challenging and confusing, so we've created this booklet to make the process as easy for you as possible.
It contains information and advice to help you make the choices that are best for you and your child. The booklet also includes links to further information about the subjects covered as well as contact details for other services and organisations. These were correct when the booklet was printed in November 2016.
You can read it online or print off a copy by downloading the file at the bottom of this page.
