Leatherhead Library

Please note that from 12 March until 30 June there will be scaffolding outside the library. One of the disabled parking bays and three parking spaces will not be available during this time. Parking will be restricted in the main car park as well. Entry to the library will be through the small side gate by the main road and not the main entrance. Anyone parking in the car park will need to walk out through the exit and walk along the pavement to the side gate. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The library is situated in The Mansion, a listed building. We are a few hundred yards outside the town centre heading towards Dorking. The building is shared with the local Registry Office and the Youth Offending team.

Parking and accessibility

There is free parking for library users at the front and rear of The Mansion for up to two hours. There are two disabled spaces at the front. There are several pay and display car parks in Leatherhead within easy walking distance of the library. The nearest is behind the Church Hall in Church Road.

The library has automatic doors and a hearing loop is installed. There is also a disabled toilet. The library has assistive technology . Please see: Library services for people with disabilities, for further information.
