The Surrey County Council Public Restricted Byway No. 41 (Walton and Weybridge) Definitive Map Modification Order 2016

On 1 July 2019, an Inspector appointed by The Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above named Order with modifications.

The Order as confirmed modifies the Definitive Map and Statement by adding a public restricted byway along Turners Lane from point 'B' (Grid Ref. 510695 163376) 350 metres south-south -east of its junction with Burwood Road and proceeding for 403 metres to point 'C' (Grid ref. 510862 163017) where it turns in a generally north-easterly direction along Burhill Road to point 'D' (Grid Ref. 511422 163422) via point C1 for 738 metres as shown on the plans 3/1/78/H22 and H23. The total distance 'B'-'D' is 1141m.

The Definitive Map Modification Order came into force on 1 July 2019. If a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 of the Act within six weeks of the 19 July 2019 make an application to the High Court.
