Public Footpath No. 412a (Dormansland)
Public Path Order 2020

The above Order, made on 4 November 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 will if confirmed, divert Footpath 412a (Dormansland) from a point (Grid Ref. 542536 140458) 13 metres south west of Hollow Lane beside The Lodge to Lullenden Manor running in a south westerly direction for a distance of 127 metres, then continuing in a west south westerly direction for a further 258 metres to meet BW 412 (Dormansland) (Grid Ref. 54222 140258) to a line running from the same point (Grid Ref. 542536 140458) in a north westerly then south westerly direction to BW 412 (Dormansland) (Grid Ref. 542223 140258), a total distance of 380 metres as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge by appointment at Surrey County Council Offices, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ (Tel. 0300 2001003) and at Tandridge District Council, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 0BT (by appointment Tel. 01883 722000) during normal office hours. Alternatively, a copy of the Order and map may be purchased from the County Council at a cost of £4.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Countryside Access quoting reference DP/AW/3/1/29 at Surrey County Council, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ by 11 December 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made, are withdrawn, Surrey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations, which have not been withdrawn, will be sent with the Order.
