Rights of Way - public inquiries, hearings and written representations

Public inquiries/hearings are scheduled to be held for the following Orders

Proposed bridleways 566 and 3 (Wisley) and 129 (Byfleet):

Definitive Map Modification Order 2016 for bridleways 566, 3 and 129. A Public Inquiry was held at The Council Chamber, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6YL on 22 May 2018. This was adjourned after one day so that new evidence could be considered. The Inquiry recommenced on 6 February 2019 and continued until 7 February 2019 after which it was adjourned again. The inquiry will recommence for a final day on 19 March 2019 at the same venue. Further information can be obtained by following the link above.

Public footpath No. 93 (Egham):

Definitive Map Modification Order 2017 for footpath 93. Consideration of this Order will take the form of exchanges of statements of case and comments on statements of case. The start date for the above Order is 23 October 2018. All persons wishing to make representations in writing to the Secretary of State should do so in line with the timetable set out in the notice which can be viewed by following the link above.
