Public Footpath 380 (Normandy)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020
On 30 October 2020 Surrey County Council will make the above mentioned temporary order, the effect of which is to prohibit all traffic on foot or by any other means from entering or proceeding in that length of footpath 380 (Normandy) where its leaves Glaziers Lane at point A [Grid Ref. 493079 150867] in an easterly direction for 123 metres to point B [Grid Ref. 493191 150871] marked by solid black line on drawing 3/1/59/H24.
The Order is necessary in order to allow works to be undertaken on or near to the highway. The closure will be in operation for a period of three months from 2 November 2020 or until completion of the works, if earlier. That period can be extended by the Secretary of State for Transport if required.
The temporary closure will only be in operation on those routes where and when appropriate road traffic signs are displayed on site by the County Council or an authorised person acting on its behalf. Access to properties will not be affected.
Alternative routes for traffic, where and when available, will be indicated on-site.
The Surrey County Council Public Footpath 380 (Normandy) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020 will be made by the County Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
