A higher apprenticeship at Surrey County Council gives you the opportunity to earn a salary whilst undertaking a work based learning programme. The scheme is seen as a great alternative to university and enables you to gain valuable on-the-job experience, a work-based degree and avoid incurring student loan debts. Qualifications are available at:
- Level 4 and 5 - equivalent to a higher education certificate/diploma or a foundation degree
- Level 6 - equivalent to a bachelor degree
Our higher apprenticeships are available in a range of areas including; Business & Administration, Leadership & Management, Project Management plus many more. The apprenticeship that's right for you will depend on your interests, experience and the job opportunities that are available in your area.
The scheme is designed for individuals of all ages who don't have degrees, and are not in full-time education. When you've finished, we'll help you to find a permanent role.
