£11,117.60 per annum for 36 hours per week, based at Surrey Arts, 14 The Pines, Broad Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 3BH. Although this position is primarily based at Surrey Arts main office there will be occasional visits to other venues around the county, as required.
This is a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 12 months.

Your apprenticeship within Surrey Arts will support a programme of work, study and training designed to develop your skills and abilities to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
The Surrey Arts service comprises music teaching (delivered to over 15,000 students across the county each year), Surrey Wardrobe, Visual Arts, Drama, Dance and Contemporary Music Development.
This apprenticeship is specifically working with Surrey Arts; the council's music and arts department and will support their work by participating in and contributing to the delivery of services and projects.
You should have an interest in the arts as you will be working with all departments including visual arts, costume, music and community arts. Part of your working week will be in the wardrobe hire department so an interest in this area would be beneficial too.
You will be supported by the supervising manager and will be required to carry out a range of duties to develop skills and confidence. You will be a team player with a mature outlook and a 'can do' attitude. Whilst working closely with a buddy/mentor, we encourage innovative thinking and an enthusiasm for learning.
You should be willing to undertake a programme of work, study and training designed to develop your skills and abilities to achieve a level 2 or 3 qualification. An arts related qualification could also be beneficial.
