Sam Bushby - Assistant Director South East Surrey

"The South East is a positive and supportive environment, with a strong learning culture and commitment to leading and working with compassion. We work effectively together between our teams and with our partner agencies.

Based here in Consort House we have services for Targeted Youth Support; Assessment; Family Safeguarding; Adolescent Safeguarding; Children with Disabilities; Children Looked After; Children Leaving Care and fostering.

We provide excellent management support alongside regular and high quality supervision. We ensure that caseloads are manageable, and do not exceed 20 children, as we recognise that building effective relationships with children and their families is dependent upon this.

We are committed to agile working and arrangements include time to work at home, job sharing and working compressed or flexible hours.

If you have a passion for social work and supporting children to achieve their potential through working in a strength-based way, then come and be part of our team".
