Jo Moses - Assistant Director for Children's Services
"Here in the North West Quadrant we pride ourselves on our creative and determined ways of working and our strong commitment to the children and families that we work with. We work very closely together across our services and with our partner agencies to ensure that we can provide the best possible support to families.
We aim to provide workers with a reasonable caseload and a supportive environment and with excellent management support and supervision. We have succeeded in reducing caseloads to an average of below 20 across all our services.
Our constructive and supportive environment is crucial to allowing us to carry out our work with compassion, understanding and empathy. We support flexible working including job sharing and compressed/reduced hours for some workers and we are committed to providing a healthy work life balance.
We are ambitious for our children and our staff and are determined to continue to offer the right balance of challenge and support to help both children and staff to maximise their potential.
If you always endeavour to do your best and wish to work with children and families in a strength-based way, then we would love for you to be a part of our team."
