Walton Voices

Walton Voices is a non-audition mixed community choir performing a variety of music from modern to traditional. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings during school terms and do three main concerts each year, plus occasional other performances. We welcome singers of all backgrounds who want to have a go.

Winkworth Arboretum - National Trust

Winkworth is the National Trust’s only arboretum with horticultural highlights each season from bluebells in spring to autumn colour. Home to around 6,000 trees of more than 1,000 different species, there's plenty of space to explore with the family, dogs are welcome too. Cafe and toilets on site.

Woking Choral Society

Founded in 1896, Woking Choral Society is one of the UK’s foremost amateur choirs, comprising some 60 members. Currently under the leadership of conductor Cole Bendall. Notable guest conductors have included Sir Edward Elgar and Woking resident Dame Ethel Smyth.

Woking Improv Theatre

Woking Symphony Orchestra

Woking's premier symphony orchestra since 1897. We perform four concerts a year, including a family concert in January. We're a friendly, sociable bunch and new players are warmly welcomed. Most players are of approx. grade 8 standard. We rehearse Tuesday evenings in Pyrford, 7.30 - 9.45pm.
