Temporary Closure
Public BOAT 520 Frensham
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(2)
The Surrey County Council hereby give notice that from 06:00 on Monday 2 October 2023, no traffic shall proceed along the length of Public BOAT 520 Frensham as shown by the Black line between points A and B on the accompanying plan.
The closure is required on the grounds of public safety due to resurfacing works and will be in operation for a period of 21 days.
The temporary closure will only be in operation when appropriate road traffic signs are displayed on site by the County Council or an authorised person acting on its behalf. Access to properties will not be affected.
There is no alternative route off road route for motor vehicles. There is no alternative path utilising marked public rights away for non motorised users although other paths are available.
