Public Footpath 66 (Esher)
Diversion Order 2023

The above Order was made on 26 September 2023. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from Grid Ref. 501178 160274 in south easterly direction for 142 metres to Grid Ref. 510297 160201 to a line running from Grid Ref. 501178 160274) in a generally south south easterly direction for 151 metres to Grid Ref. 501236 160148 then in a north easterly direction for 74 metres to Grid Ref 510302 160177. The Footpath to have a width of 2 metres throughout.

A copy of the Order and Map may be seen free of charge at the Countryside Access Office, Surrey County Council, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ (by appointment Tel. 0300 200 1003) and at Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Esher, KT10 9SD and Cobham Library, The Cedar Centre, Cedar Road, Cobham, KT11 1AA during opening hours. A copy of the Order may be purchased from Surrey County Council for £4.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Surrey County Council Countryside Access Team (quoting reference DW/AW/3/1/77) at Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ not later than Monday 6 November 2023. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Elmbridge Borough Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
