Public Footpaths 160 and 163 (Bletchingley)
Temporary Diversion Order 2022
The above Order was made on 6 December 2022. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily divert Footpath 160 (Bletchingley) running from OS Grid Reference 532091 152677 in an east south easterly direction for 128 metres turning to a south south westerly direction for 589 metres to OS Grid Reference 531980 152135 and Footpath 163 (Bletchingley) running from OS Grid Reference 532065 152323 in a generally east south easterly direction for 467 metres to OS Grid Reference 532480 152145 and create an alternative bridleway with a width of 4 metres on a line running from O.S. Grid Reference 532100 152714 in a generally easterly turning to south easterly direction for 540 metres to OS Grid Reference 532534 152464 then in an easterly direction for 44 metres to Whitehill Road at OS Grid Reference 532577 152464 and an alternative footpath with a width of 3,2 metres on a line running from OS Grid Reference 532534 152464 to OS Grid Reference 532480 152145.
A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen by appointment free of charge at Countryside Access, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford, GU4 7BQ (by appointment only - telephone 0300 200 1003) and Tandridge District Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted RH8 0BT during normal office hours an at Merstham Library, Merstham Community Hub, 2a Portland Drive, Merstham RH1 3HY during opening hours. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought from the County Council at the price of £4.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Countryside Access Team (quoting reference DJ/AW/3/1/36) at Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ not later than 13 January 2023. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Surrey County Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
