SMASH

Each day there was music and dance activities led by professional teachers and performers and participants were provided with a hot meal and snacks as part of the course to explore how we can eat more healthily!

The programme for 2022 has yet to be finalised.

Visual art workshops

We hold an extensive database of local visual artists experienced in running workshops in a variety of settings. Artists range from feltmakers, sculptors, glass artists and printmakers. Whether we manage the workshops ourselves or source the artists on behalf of other organisations, the emphasis is on creativity, inclusion and learning new skills.
